Syrinx Flute Ensemble

We are a group of enthusiastic flute players, most past members of Flautissimo, the Southampton Flute Orchestra. We play a variety of music, including baroque, classical, folk and contemporary, much of it arranged by Sue Evans, one of our members. We play on a range of flutes, including concert, alto, bass, piccolo and contrabass. We have performed in a number of local venues, most recently Southampton Art Gallery and Furzey Gardens in the New Forest.
