Southampton Salty Sea Dogs

Southampton Salty Sea Dogs are a group of mainly mature men who share one thing in common: a love of shanties and songs about the sea and entertaining people by performing them. In existence for some ten years, they started as a small group of ten and have grown with the popularity of shanties to 35 members, although it would be a very rare occasions for all members to be able to sing together at one event. We sing in a range of venues ranging from care homes to Southampton Boat Show.
